Families and sitters can privately rate each experience from one to five and leave a note for Maywood. It's a confidential signal that helps us make better introductions — never a public review, score, or ranking.

Raise a concern, discreetly

Either side can report a concern directly to Maywood. We review it confidentially and follow up as needed. Maywood coordinates introductions — it does not supervise or control the relationship between a family and a sitter.

Maywood facilitates introductions between families and independent sitters. Sitters must provide references to join the network. Maywood does not employ, supervise, or guarantee sitters. Families and sitters arrange scheduling, rates, and terms directly.
